I have used the 3 different sizes of graters and the slicer I am impressed with how quickly and easily it works. The base secures securely to a countertop or table top with the twist of a knob. So far, I have used it with a block of cheese and zucchini. This was a replacement for a similar system of cone graters that had been around for 50 years and would no longer "stick" to a countertop. Even though the new shredder features a lot more plastic and a lot less metal in the base, I am impressed with its sturdiness and durability. It seems to me that quote a bit of thought went into designing a device that was easy to assemble/disassemble, use and clean.

Terrific! The suction piece holds super tight, and putting it together, taking apart, and cleaning is very simple. I love shredding my own cheese, and it makes coleslaw a process of a few minutes. The only downside is that I love my knives and sometimes they get ignored when I use this instead. Not sure there's any value in the ice shaving one as you have to shave a TON of ice to get enough for even one serving. I use one size mostly so would get the one with only 3 blades if I bought again.

I was using an old, smaller sized box grater before buying this. The rotary cheese grater has been wonderful. It shreds the cheese really quickly and with little effort. I've used it for cheddar, gouda and parmesan. I haven't tried mozzarella so can't say how it would do with a soft cheese.This unit is fairly big once assembled. I have a small kitchen so it is a little difficult finding enough space to suction the grater to the cabinet and still turn the handle. Storage space is also a challenge but works so much better than the box grater.Some cheese does get caught between the grater and tunnel but that isn't a big deal. Some cheese also wants to pack into the grater rather than falling in the bowl so just need to watch it.

I've grated cheese and sliced potatoes and carrots. Worked great, easy turning. Haven't tried all the blades but what I've used has been two thumbs up. Sturdy hold on counter. Easy dishwasher cleaning!

This is so much easier that dragging out the stand mixer and attachments. I like pizza and would get frustrated when the cheese did not melt to my liking. While the cheese you buy already shredded is a great convenience, there are times when it just isn't the right thing. This gadget is easy to use and easy to clean up with minimal effort. I like that now I can buy blocks of cheese that take up less room and keep better. I used it the other day to make cookie crumbs for 4 pie crusts - just put in the cone that looked like it would do the job and had them done in no time. It was great since the crumbs went straight into a bowl and all I had to do was mix in the butter and dump them into the pie pan - no wasted steps or needing to use plastic bags. I am sure I will find many uses for the various cones that come with this device, plus it is easy to store.

This “cheese grater” is soooo good. It easily grates cheese and is easy to use. I can grate a block of cheese in less than 2 minutes bc it does all the work. The blades are sharp and the suction lock down keeps it in place and offers the perfect support. Of course it grates, slices, etc but I’ve only used it for grating cheese. Just the perfect size. One of my best purchases of 2024 for sure. PS. I got the updated version. I recommend doing that bc the cheaper one was not as good as this one according to reviews. Greater grater than all the others!!

I am really liking this little grater. Works wonderful. Not only is it wonderful for cheese, but I love it for butter and chocolate for a lot of my baking receipes. And clean-up is a snap. As a person who likes all my kitchen gadgets, I would definitely recommend this.
