180-degree flex head ().

GearWrench ratcheting flex flare nut wrench provides unparalleled access to the most difficult-to-reach flare nuts, making it easier and quicker to complete jobs. This 5-piece SAE set (model 89100) includes the following sizes: 3/4 x 7/8-inch, 5/8 x 11/16-inch, 1/2 x 9/16-inch, 3/8 x 7/16-inch, and 1/4 x 5/16-inch.

Used on brake lines, fuel pumps, and in plumbing applications, flare nuts are typically softer than regular nuts and can be easily damaged. The flare nut wrench head drives on multiple sides of the flare nut, allowing force to be applied without rounding or crushing the fastener. The flex head can be positioned through 180 degrees to access hard-to-reach fasteners and the open end flare nut head slips easily over lines. Exceeding ANSI requirements for strength and durability, these flare nut wrenches feature a bright chrome finish for high visibo;otu and stamped size on both sides for quick identification.

Even if the nut is already loosen, it just wouldn’t hold and turn the nut, you still really need lots of space to able to turn it, so whats the point if you cant use it in semi tight space? What a waste, just use a regular rachet

They helped me change a rear break lines on a 2006 BMW E90. I was able to change both rear break lines fairly quickly, very glad I had bought these tools, otherwise what was around an hour could have turned into a multi-hour nightmare... Got to love BMWs...I wish the grip was a little stronger/ positive. Had to kind of fenagle it to get them to work. I am not sure that I really want to spend the time working in crazy odd confined angles to get really good at using this tool. LOL, FML

Got this for hydraulic lines mostly. Have used on changing steering gearbox on my 98 chevy k1500 and they worked flawlessly to get the power steering lines disconnected and reconnected to the new rebuilt Redhead steering gearbox.

These wrenches. work awesome, but you must train yourself to utilize tool as it is not ratcheting.

The flare head wrench would not hold onto the nut and kept slipping off the nut. I could not get it to work on the diesel engine fuel injector nuts I was working on without slipping off.

This wrench does nothing to hold onto a nut when used as a flair wrench. I had to grasp the edges of the jaws in order to get it to turn in the slightest way. For this price, it should have worked, at least on a 10mm nut.
