Very disappointed that even though it fits fine it doesn’t have the slits that the original part had that allow the burner to click into place and lay flat. Instead the burner edge sits up at an angle

Burner ring on old range in our hunting cabin rusted out and broke. Surprised I could find a replacement but this was a perfect fit.

Rings (both 8 inch and 6 inch) fit my circa 1970 GE stove, giving it a much-needed facelift.

I was pleasantly surprised to see how sturdily built the ring was. Replaced my old rusty ring.

Fits perfectly on my old GE stovetop. I recently bought a house that was built in the late 50s and one of the heating units doesn't pop out to let you put a full pan in, so I use this trim and another drip pan. You can wipe it down easily after cleaning, or you can scrub it in the sink and hand dry it. If it gets really gross, try using Bar Keeper's Friend. I'll probably just replace mine every year or so.

Perfect fit for my old GE stove. Excellent buy for the price. The material is thin. 4 stars since it could be little thicker.

The quality of this product is better than the alternative product I purchased from Range Kleen . I've reviewed that product separately. The metal on this product is sturdier and has a higher quality finish that looks like stainless steel. This product fits my retro stove with the Calrod burners that flip up and have wiring behind (not the plug-in kind). This immediately improved the appearance of my stove whose old rings and pans were brown/black with cooked-on food spills. The drip pans had rusted through, and there was a mess beneath them.I also bought one large GE drip pan, 8 Inch, that I've reviewed separately.I've had them in place for about a year, and they've held up well. I clean them frequently and find the grime comes off this finish easier than the Range Kleen product. This finish is smooth and shiny, while the RK's finish has some tooth that seems to hold the grime. While you'll have to spend more to buy the items separately, the difference in quality and performance is worth the extra expense.
