purchased these and an update better unit so it said, but they were junk, always by the actual brekaer not some chinese knock off at a 1/3 of the price, lesson learnt!

While it is barely visible in the picture, the breaker is rated for copper or aluminum at either 60 or 75°C.

Rather than bother trying to find this locally (the big box stores didn't carry this size), I saw it here on Amazon and at a price I thought acceptable so I bought it. My electrician brother-in-law installed this into a sub-panel I just added and it works just fine. Don't usually have any problems with breakers. All of the reading I did indicated that 1/0 4 wire SER cable was needed for this size breaker. All went well.
