I’m really impressed with how accurate and detailed the readings are in Smart scale. Unlike regular bathroom scales, this one measures much more than just weight—it gives insights into body fat, muscle mass, BMI, bone mass, and even visceral fat. The HD LED display is a huge plus because it shows key metrics right on the scale, so I don’t always have to check the app. Speaking of the app, Fit Profile is very easy to set up and syncs seamlessly with Apple Health, Fitbit, and Google Fit, making it simple to track progress over time.Another thing I love is that it supports multiple users, so my family can use it too, and it automatically recognizes who is stepping on the scale. The readings have been very consistent compared to other smart scales I’ve tried in the past, and the large, sturdy platform makes it comfortable to use. It’s been a great tool for keeping an eye on my fitness goals and overall health. This thing says I gained 2 lbs of lean muscle mass within 4-5 days, which is not something a human can do. I'm not a newbie or beginner when it comes to lifting-- I lift 5-6 days per week, but even gaining 1/2 pound of lean muscle during that period would be an incredible accomplishment.

So far, I like that it gives me my BMI. I have yet to get it to give me all the measurements it is supposed to. I will keep trying because it may not be the scale. It may be me.

Compare to my basic scale I had for two years, this one seems to be more accurate, weight difference it’s about 0.5 lbThe scale looks and feels solid for the price you paid.The iOS app works like a charm.Gives you plenty of details.You can turn on the scale and it will work, easy to use, one button to turn and off the scale; the app is an add on, no necessary for the scale operation.

I bought this because I know GE makes DEXA machines, so I figured it must be accurate considering they would have all the data to calibrate with. It seems departments must not communicate because this is about as inaccurate as it possibly could be. Honestly it seems like it’s mostly ballparking it based on height and weight with only a small input of electrode data.I regularly get inBody scans and have a long history of data, which I therefore trust. With athlete mode off, this read hilariously high body fat percent. With athlete mode on, hilariously low. I ended up purchasing the Withings (just the base model, not segment analysis, due to cost). With athlete mode on in my case, the Withings is incredibly accurate.
