The carousel had a flat wheel for quite some time. Wish I had looked into a replacement sooner. Prefect fit. No regrets.

This was a great find and I'm so glad that I bought it and installed it on my microwave. The microwave is a little bit older but it still works great and it looks great The only problem was the turntable wasn't spinning. Turns out after time if the wheels on the turntable get dirty or loaded up with food or grease they don't spend they just drag. That causes flat spots on the wheels. I did a little digging found the part number and then bought it through Amazon and it fits perfect. Very inexpensive repair to breathe new life back into the turntable on the microwave. I highly recommend this product it's super easy you don't need any tools just take the old one out drop the new one in put the glass plate back on and you're good to go.

The wheels on my existing rotating ring wore down and was no longer rotating the glass plate. This part fits perfect and was super easy to install on my GE microwave. I feel stupid that I almost bought a new microwave instead of ordering this part. Make sure you get the right part for your particular microwave... surprisingly to me, there were a LOT of designs for a microwave rotating ring and it took me a while to finally match up the part number for my model by comparing the part number on my existing ring.

The OEM spindle for the microwave glass turntable had a defective wheel. This replacement part is an exact match. Works just fine.

My microwave plate stopped rotating. I thought it was the motor or some bigger problem until I noticed "flat tires" on this piece. They were evenly flat on all 3, so it looked like it was supposed to be that way, but I ordered this hoping it would solve the problem and it did! Got to love a $20 fix for an expensive appliance! Just make sure it's the right size for yours. Came quickly and works great!

This part came quickly in the mail and fit our microwave exactly. It replaced the 7 year old ring which had lost a wheel. I actually kept the old ring in a drawer just below the microwave--just in case another wheel breaks. The wheels can be popped on and off easily. You can easily place the new ring in the center hole. I did a short 5 second test run without the glass plate and it worked perfectly.I found our microwave model number on the inside of the microwave on the left side, not on the door.
