First out of the box plastic handle seemed a little flimsy. The cutting cylinders were good quality though. Super easy to assemble and use. It makes quick work of ice - I have not used it for anything else but the blades are there to do so.I have not had any problems with the suction cup holding it in place while using but you do need to reset it after it just sits idle for a period of time.The ice shavings are nice and small but not the snow-flake consistency a lot of the commercial guys sell during the summer. What do you expect at this price point - be real.Overall it is a great product and worth what they are charging for it. Glad I did not buy the more expensive ones as I doubt the end result would be any different and it is just too easy to use.

Does exactly what it is supposed to , it is easy to use and clean , the size is just right so pretty easy to store , seems to be made by quality materials (will update) and for the price range I think it is worth it.

First off, this obviously isn't going to shave like those multi-hundred dollars shavers. But for the price point, I think it does a really great job. To be clear though, this machine isn't going to blow anyone away and is probably most appropriate for kids.I have an ice machine that I scoop ice out of to feed this machine. Several easy turns later, I have a bowl of shaved ice!Really nice treat for the hot summer, especially since I can add sugar-free syrup for a low-carb snack.

Great deal on this item. Easy setup and does a great job crushing ice. Highly-rated and recommended. This item was the talk of the party once drinks were made during our book club gathering . Very satisfied 😌 with purchase.
