5 minutes!! It took me only 5 minutes to grate a whole block of Parmesan!! This is awesome!! Easy clean up, stayed in place, worked great!!

I was trying to find something that would help process my ingredients for what Puerto Ricans make for the holiday season called "pasteles" bcuz my food processor was not chopping and shredded the calabaza and I was afraid it would break my machine. I didn't want to buy the expensive homemade pasteles food processor so I had improvise 😁 This little gadget help break down the ingredients so then I was able to process it all much better. Then I shredded a block of cheese which was way better than buying already shredded cheese 😁 The suction is pretty good on very dry surface and it was easy to clean.

My family and I go through quite a bit of Parmesan cheese. We love Parmesan cheese, but we absolutely hate having to grate it. I love that this cheese grater has a suction cup at the bottom. No more fighting the cheese grater to stay in place as you grind the cheese up. All the extra attachments are an extra benefit, as we can now do fruits and vegetables as well. Disassembly is very easy and cleaning as a breeze! Love it so far.
