Articolo come da descrizione. Custodia in plastica rigida, con bordi e chiusure in alluminio, dotata di pratica maniglia in plastica e di 4 piedini per appoggiarla. Custodia adatta per flauti con 17 fori, cioè con il trombino discendente al Si, ma ovviamente può essere utilizzata anche per i flauti con 16 fori. All'interno c'è anche l'alloggiamento della bacchetta per la pulizia dello strumento. La custodia sembra di buona fattura in rapporto al prezzo, la spedizione è stata puntuale e l'articolo è stato imballato bene. 5 stelle.

This is a really great case. Bought it for my son’s flute. Made of very sturdy, good quality material. The only thing we did not like about it was its size. It was too big and would not fit in my son’s backpack. He does not want to have to carry a separate case and wanted it inside his backpack. We ended up returning.

Great case but then latch broke after a year. Going to contact company and see if they will replace it.

I thought this was a great case for my daughters concert flute, but the latch completely broke off and now I am searching for a new case. The company says to trust the case for the life of your instrument, well ours did not.

Prodotto realizzato con eccellenti materiali. Le 4 stelle (e non 5) sono solo per le modifiche che ho dovuto apportare. Essendo un articolo "universale", potrebbe non adattarsi perfettamente a qualche strumento e, durante il trasporto, ballare all'interno dell'astuccio (un rumore simile alla sorpresa nell'uovo di Pasqua). Tuttavia questo è un problema comune a tutti i prodotti di questo tipo ed è facilmente risolvibile realizzando dei cuscinetti di velcro (reperibili con pochi € in qualsiasi merceria) alle estremità egli alloggi all'interno dell'astuccio, senza neanche doverli fissare con del nastro biadesivo (avendo il velcro un buon grip sui tessuti). In questo modo risolvete altri 2 problemi: risparmiate tanti soldini, rispetto a prodotti di questo tipo di marchi più blasonati e dispendiosi e preserverete dall'usura i vostri costosissimi astucci di legno durante le trasferte. My daughter used this case for about a year and a half to carry her flute to/from school a few days a week and one of the claps/buckles has already broken. Cheap junk

La única pega es que es una funda para una flauta en Sib un poco más larga. Tendrían que haberlo dicho. La parte última de la flauta queda un poco holgada y hay que ponerle un tope.

OK, so I am going to write a bit of an unconventional review for this, as I did not use the case for exactly what it was intended. I own a very old (>100 years old) wooden flute. The case the flute was being stored in was being held together by a few strings and some luck so I needed to replace the case with a more modern one if i was going to play the flute regularly. I found that most flute cases for modern flutes had too narrow cutouts to fit my wood flute and I was not interested in spending several hundred dollars for a custom case.I ordered this case as the project shell for my wood flute DIY case. It has a great solid plastic outer shell and a nice red velvet interior with some molded hard foam for holding a standard flute. I removed the lower section of the foam and replaced it with some "pick and pull" foam for a pelican case that I purchased separately. That allowed me to make new cutouts to hold the wood flute to the exact size. I was even able to reuse the red velvet to cover over the replaced foam so it looks very nice. It is now holding my very old wood flute securely and safely and I do not worry about transporting it to rehearsals etc. The latches are secure (although I wish they were the double lock kind - I expect if you dropped it, they might pop open).

My daughter plays the flute that her mom (and her mother before her) played. Her high school band has lots of rehearsals, for both concert & marching shows and they play at all kinds of events, tournaments, etc, so she's often loading onto a bus, or car, or even planes. I was worried she wouldn't like the heavy-duty look of this case, but she's gone with it, and it's really stood up to a lot of travel.
