This pulley fits Honda Odyssey 2012 tensioner and has the right inner and outer dimensions. That said, it has a different narrower shape of the flange which prevents the OEM dust shield from fitting in the pulley. Looking at Gates aftermarket tensioner assembly, it would seem the Gates wants you to use the pulley without the shield.I ended up pressing the bearing out of Gates pulley and pressing it into my original OEM pulley.

Good value. Wasn't made of plastic, all metal. Just didn't fit. To return it I'd have to drive 104 miles round trip. Wasn't worth the gas to return. Maybe it will fit on something else....

Justo lo que necesitaba, no sé porque pero en ninguna refaccionaria me querían vender solo la polea, querian vender el tensor completo con polea.

Great replacement for my 2000 3.8 Camaro. With over 164k miles my idler pulley got a faint grinding sound from the bearings going out. While I was at it I replaced the tensioner pulley since they are the same part. My idler pulley was a little seized on so I had to tap it with a hammer until it broke free. Its a good idea to clean off the pulley snouts with a wire brush before installing the new part. For my application the tensioner pulley is left hand threaded so counterclockwise for removal, while the idler pulley is regular right hand threaded. The GM service manual calls for 37 ft lb torque on the idler pulley. I also torqued the tensioner pulley to this spec. They pulleys are made in Canada, which is a plus, and Gates is an OE supplier for a lot of manufacturers so hopefully I can get another 20 years out of this part!

Used this for a belt tensioner pulley replacement on a 2013 Ford Expedition. Fit well and installed with no issues. Also came with a smaller ID shaft fitting which I did not need. Has been running for a couple of weeks now with no issues.Interestingly, this came up as a compatible part number for the idler pulleys on this vehicle too. The OD of this pulley is smaller than the stock idler pulleys (upper left and right). Another replacement set I bought was the same OD as this one too which worked fine so this should work for that application as well.

I always pull the seal out with a razor blade and inject my favorite grease into the bearings, then reattach the seal. I flip cars for a hobby, so I can't tell you how long it lasts, but the pulleys do run whisper quiet.
