Great, U.S.A.-made hose from Gates. Unfortunately, the OD is too large for my radiator overflow tube application. The OD of the hose interferes with the tabs on the underside of the metal radiator cap. OD isn't noted in the listing, so I'm stating it here: it's 1/2"!

This is the same product that you'd buy by the foot at major auto parts stores for a lot more per foot. It's a good deal if you need more than 5' and pays for itself after about 10' of use. Pleased to be able to have this available in my garage rather than running to the parts store.

After receiving the vacuum hose it was the wrong size. It is 5/16 ID. When i did the search on amazon for 7/32 this is what came up and I ordered it. Its my own fault for not double checking the size. Sending it back would cost to much.

Bought a few different sizes of this brand hose just so I can have it on hand when I needed it. Seems to be nice quality, and should be fine for any OE replacement.

If you are like me you can always find uses for these hoses. Great quality at a fraction of the cost at the local parts store.

WHY I bought the 5 sizes comes down to two kinds of issues.#1 I did not immediately any one of them.#2 these hoses come on spools where you get a lifetime supply of hose in the ones I bought.Being able to replace or alter for any reason the routing is a huge deal and here you get as much as 50 feet for the price of 3 feet at the auto parts store. Leaving the barn without documentation of you and your vehicle is not wise and not being prepared to change out those things that might fail on the road is not wise. If you have a flat tire and put on the spare you might drive around with no spare for a while if you are not wise. I will make the replacement or repair of the tire my first priority.There are folks who discard anything they are not using. This is fine if you are wealthy. This is fine if you think you will never have the same need twice. I AM NOT THAT PERSON. Over the last 60 years I serviced aircraft, ICBM'S, and when I retired was talked into servicing 25 brands of white goods. I have a good working knowledge of how to prepare for any contingency. My service truck carried a spare of every part necessary to get the truck back to the barn including a spare computer. These parts were purchased immediately upon delivery of the trucks and over the million plus miles I put on 4 trucks I used all of them at least once to get home. These hoses of 5 sizes offered by Amazon are a super deal and good insurance just to have them on hand,
