Fits on our propane tanks. The lock won’t keep someone who truly wants in. However it will work great for keeping our kids from opening the propane tanks. For the price and value, 5/5.

Just opened the lock and it is broke! As soon as I took the lock out of the bag, all of the silver pieces fell off!

I got this product mainly for the lock, which is pretty low quality. It has no spring return feature like most main brand locks and I found the method of resetting the combination a little clunky. You unlock it, rotate it to a specific position and push it in (hard) to trigger a reset switch. The you put in the desired combination while holding the locking bar firmly in place. On my first attempt, I must have messed something up because the combination was only partly right! I had to guess the last digit and retry. I don't have much confidence in this lock providing security, only a small deterrent.

I bought this lock for the front yard garden faucet. one day i came outside to the front of the house and there was a stream of water in the driveway and upon following the trail of water, someone used the garden faucet but did not turn it off.to prevent this from happening, i looked online and I found this lock. this lock works specifically for this type of faucet. once locked I tried to turn on the water while it's in the locked position and I was not able to turn on the water. easy to use, easy to take off, and it came with a combo lock that you can change the pin to your preferred number.it's not a big deal to me but when I was testing it trying to turn it on while it was locked, it left a little bit of red plastic marks on the faucet. this is to be expected. it's not a big deal to me at all.
