As usual, I failed to read instructions however, the removal of the old and installation of this new set of burners worked out great. I was already placing an order with the OEM for a seven dollar part. On my old burner, the crossover bar was very rusty. Also, I could not get a high flame. So with the same tank after installation of the new burners and flavor bars, the grill works as good as new. With the purchase of this product, I have saved 70% of what I was going to spend with the OEM.

The original Flavorizor Bars on my Webber Spirit grill had rusted through in many places and needed to be replaced. These were an exact fit and replacement was as easy as could be.

First, let me say that my husband has always been in charge of cooking on the gas grill. I am the charcoal queen and I don't let him near my grill. For a recent party I was the cook and was using the Weber Spirit II E-310 because we needed it quick. The fire was flaring up SO badly I was constantly having to move my chicken around to the side or to the top rack....After the party, I removed the grates and was appalled at the state of the (rusted all the way through) flavorizer bars...and the burnt old sauces and whatever and rusty flakes were so deep they almost reached the bottom of the burner bars. I said "honey, bleep bleep". So I cleaned all 4 or 5 years of that stuff out. He had never ever cleaned it out and never wiped down the flavorizer bars. He fessed up.So, here we are. New bars. These seem to be as thick and heavy as the originals were and good quality. I didn't understand why the originals had the cutouts in front and back of the bars but have to assume Weber substituted when they shipped the grill since the length was right. The cutouts on the rusted ones (see photo) are, I think, are for the a grill that has gas burners going sideways rather than up and down. These new bars by GasSaf fit perfectly! I don't know if the little hole on top was supposed to go in the front or back, but assume that is to put a match if the grill doesn't light. I have no idea. So far my built in igniter works. (If anyone know the purpose of that little hole please inform me.)I am very pleased with the way the GasSaf bars fit my Weber Spirit 11 E-310 and the weight seems perfect. I think they will be easy to keep clean now that I am in charge instead of my husband and they are considerably cheaper than the OEM. I love saving $$$.

We ordered these to replace the charred up bars on our Spirit II S210, and they arrived promptly and worked perfectly for a fraction of the price it would have cost us to replace them through the company itself.

Although they are a thinner gauge I’m hoping they will work better and they certainly look better and will be easier to clean. Dean.
