These aluminum air fitting blocks have 5 ports. This is a flexible configuration for many applications. The thread quality is very clean. This insures leakage will be a non issue. The tapped holes fit my air hose perfectly. The body was anodized after tapping insuring a clean burr free thread. I was disappointed there was no protection on the surface for shipping as all 8 pieces has damage to the blue anodized body. Because of its clean machining and tapping, installation is easy.

Not Happy. They look nice but they are not threaded well and some threads are damaged. They leak. I'd return them but I tossed the box.

I needed distribution blocks as I needed to rebuild my air system on my truck. I was going to move to a better line than what I have and wanted to use blocks instead of Tees.The machining quality on these seems decent enough. I don't have to clean up any flashing or remaining debris. My fittings I have seem to fit and seal just fine (with sealant, obviously). I would have preferred to have some method of securing these to a surface somehow, but with these being a simple block (and inexpensive), it's only a minor complaint and one that doesn't merit any detraction.Inadvertently, I ordered *way* too many. I only needed two, but simply didn't read or understand the description well enough.

Both the 1/2in and 1/4in NPT threads are tapped so deep that your average fittings will thread in and bottom out by hand. Confirmed with an NPT taper pipe thread plug gage. My application was as a machine coolant manifold (spraying coolant from nozzles threaded into the 1/4in ports. I had to use a ton of PTFE tape to get them to not bottom out with hand tightening and they still leak even with moderate back pressure (30 ish PSI). Its a shame because these would be a great value with just 3 less rotations of the tap.

I installed this manifold under the hood of my Dodge Dually truck for the on-board compressor. I installed the safety valve, pressure switch, and a gauge/regulator on it. It looks good and functions as it should. I'm pleased with it.

Definitely worth the money!! Threads good and holds air great!
