I loved this it worked great a till recently. It stopped dispensing the water automatically when it get low. How do I get a replacement or refund when my return window is done??

Very impressed with this. My rabbits took to it straight away. Very easy to put together and looks pretty smart compared to the naff plastic water cooler style one they had before.We're in a hard water area so I wanted something easier to clean than plastic so the removable metal tray is perfect.I was initially a bit worried about how low the water level is that gets dispensed into the bowl/dish but my rabbits seem to lean over fine to drink from it.

I am really happy with this product! It has stainless steel bowls, is easy to clean, and also healthy for your pets! For the food one the top can be removed which, is easy to add more food and clean! I also love that it’s easy to take a part for cleaning purposes! 10/10 recommend!

Its Okay? Gave this a couple of weeks of use before review. Very sturdy and good quality, and Mrs Marley (Labradoodle) dog used it first time no problem. However, not a fussy owner, and generally not a fussy dog, she doesn't like dirt from her ears and beard that get in the water. With just a regular deep water dish it was easy to pick up, empty and refill, this is a right faff as the whole thing has to be picked up, emptied out and refilled, even if its just been done and she gets bits in it first drink. Sorry, but its more trouble than it worth.

I love love love this for my cats!I have 3 cats, one of them always tip over the bowl, so I had a plastic no-spilling bowl. It worked, but they didn’t drink water much and the water was always sooo dirty. Also it was getting very used, and it was hard to clean.This is the exact contrary! I am never scared of them running out of good water bc of the genius filter inside so the water is always clean and bc it is a big bottle. I never saw dirt float in it, so I don’t waste water each time I have to clean the bowl. It’s steel so it’s the best for everyday drinking. It’s so easy to clean too, I just take out the bottle and wash the bowl that you can easily take out too. I also wash the water bottle cap bc it get slimy a little, I do it each 3 days. Bits of food get into the bowl but not in the water so I but more water in it when I need to. Also you can clearly see how much your cats drink water, and since they drink so much more. And you know how it’s important for their health!!Unfortunately this did not resolve the problem of tipping the water over, but I juste tape it on my desk as you can see on the picture. It’s kinda heavy so it only happened one or two times, but with the tape it’s all good.So I really much recommend!! It’s so easy to clean, waste less water and you are never scared of running out.

I have 3 small dogs @15 lbs. this bowl is the perfect size. I like the sleek design and it came with a cleaning brush. Some of the reviews I read stated that it doesn't let much water out into the bowl and that is true. Not really a big deal but it's odd. The bowl should be almost full in my opinion.

Works great, real quality too at a reasonable price. I use it for 2 adult cats. One of them always spilled the regular water dishes. This is non-slip so she doesn’t even try now. Thank you!

My dog appreciates this watering station. It has a large capacity, so he can be assured of finding water when he feels thirsty. It is well designed and well made.

I bought this based on reviews and I’m happy with it but I assumed based on the product photo that it was filled by lifting the top of the tank. I was wrong but still happy with the size and sturdiness of the bowl and ease of assembly and use.

I thought this looked a little nicer than the more traditional looking ones we'd previously had (with other dogs years ago), so went this route. Unfortunately, the bowl only fills to about 1/4 inch deep. We have small dogs, so the height of the bowl lip and the low water line makes it hard for them and you can sense their frustration when they go to drink.I also thought the stainless bowl would make cleaning that part easier. Unfortunately, you still have to take off the water tank to do it. And, despite the small amount of water in the bowl, when you tip the steel insert to get it out, it spills into the underlying plastic, which means you still have to empty and dry that as part of refreshing the bowl. So you're not saving anything over the standard setup (and are actually making extra work.)I'll be going ahead and purchasing a "typical" gravity dispenser and retiring this one.
