TIPS & TRICKS

- Use the Weasel WeedPopper® on moist soils where the least amount of effort will be required. You will also have a greater chance of extracting the entire root structure of the weed.

- Be sure to identify your weeds. Mechanical weed extractors like the Weasel WeedPopper® are most effective for weeds with taproots.

- When inserting the Weasel WeedPopper® into the ground, position the tool directly over the weed and push down in a straight vertical motion; this technique increases your chance of capturing the full root without breakage.

- Inspect your lawn and gardens regularly for weeds. If you get to the weeds before they become completely established with deep roots, you have a better chance of full extraction.

- In a pinch, the Weasel WeedPopper® can be used effectively as an aerator to improve air circulation and water flow to and around root systems.

Great for the little peaky weeds. The plunger is helpful to dislodge them after you twisted them out. No more stickers in fingers. So easy. It's very sturdy and well made. You will have it fir decades.I'll keep this handy to oust weeds easily. If you keep it handy, you will happily win the weed wars. It's an excuse buster.

This thing is so satisfying to use that I find myself WANTING to weed the yard. Strong built and very effective.

Better than expected. You still have to work some, but this will get the roots out of some tough weeds quick. Seems to be sturdy and easy to use.

Very sturdy tool and sure it will last for years, but wasn’t able to pull out the dandelion roots . It worked with some smaller weeds but not one that is deep rooted.

Love this thing, it does exactly what they say it will do. I will pluck a weed out in nothing flat! There is a small learning curve, and it works best when the soil is soft but once you get the hang of it, its actually fun plucking out them ugly weeds. If you want to keep your yard pretty, this is a must have tool. As for ease of use, I would think that just about any average person would have no problem using it. It does leave a very small hole but if you choose to you can put a little sand or dirt back, I personally don't and it helps get the water and fertilizer deep where its needed.

Our weed popper broke after 10 years of use and when looking for a new one, liked the ease of how to use it per the video provided. When it arrived, my husband quickly got the hang of it and easily pulled out 50 dandelions in our yard. while it does not always remove the entire root, it does take the majority of it out and then all we have to do is squirt a few times in the hole with some weed killer.

Unless you have it dead center on the weed and the weed is big, all it will do is pick up dirt. Don’t waste your money. The only good this if by chance you DO get it to grab a weed, the pop out feature works. Other than that a complete failure.

I generally don't like to provide free advertising, but occasionally I'm motivated by a product that surprisingly works and appears to be well-made. I think this is one of those American ideas that eventually got sold to a Chinese company for execution, but this turned out remarkably well --- so far. These are my initial impressions. I received the Garden Weasel yesterday and decided to tackle the flower beds at the rear of the house this morning before it got too hot. My wife is great at planting things; not so great at weeding. I'm older and don't like to spend a lot of time on my knees. Using the Garden Weasel was super-easy and I had collected a large black trash bag full of dandelions in about an hour's work. It took the weeds out down to their roots. I found that I could tilt the Weasel slightly and just move it back and forth without doing a full rotation to extract weeds close to the foundation or sidewalk. This saved me a morning's work with no strain on my knees or back. The tool held up well in hard, dry soil and appears to be very sturdy --- not the usual import but the label does say "Made in Taiwan", not China. I'm happy with my purchase and believe the Garden Weasel to be well worth the price. It saved me a lot of pain and allowed me to work more efficiently. Can't ask much more from a tool IMHO.
