Garden Safe Brand Slug & Snail Bait kills and controls slugs and snails in or on home lawns, greenhouses, outdoor ornamentals, vegetable gardens, fruits, berries, citrus and crop plants. The slug and snail bait can be scattered on the lawn or on the soil around any vegetable plants, flowers or fruit trees or bushes where snail or slug control is needed. This product contains a unique combination of iron phosphate, which is a plant nutrient that occurs in soils, with slug and snail bait additives. After eating the bait, the slugs and snails cease feeding, become less mobile and begin to die within three to six days. Always read the entire label and follow all directions and precautions.

This has worked well on all my ornamental plants indoors and outdoors with no foliar or flower damage. Does need to be renewed after rain. Haven't tried it on veggies yet, but will see how it works for preventing squash borer damage this year.

This is my "go to product" for slugs in my garden. Works great. If you have an infestation, I would suggest that you put it on area that you will be planting in a couple of days before planting, and after planting adding more when it rains or if you water area. After using this initially I didn't need to reapply later in the season.

I had a huge snail problem last season in our strawberry patch with snails decimating our crop. It took two light applications of the snail bait to clear the entire population. Still have plenty left over to use for the next couple of seasons, but I loved how quickly and effectively this worked. The added bonus is that once the pellets break down (as long as you didn't use too much), it acts as a fertilizer to help boost your berries.

Winner! I’ve tried a few things to fight the gross mealy bug problem I had with my houseplants and this is the only thing that worked. No smell, easy to use, and a week later everything seems to be cleared up. I will treat again just to be safe. I purchased 2 bottles, which I excessively used, on over 40 Houseplants and have still have some left. Zero mealy bugs in sight.

My house was getting inundated with little flies, and after an annoying amount of searching I found they were living in the soil of one of my houseplants. I tried a few different things and nothing worked. Not wanting to throw out the plant, I thought I'd give this a shot.ONE APPLICATION AND THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED! I gave a few spritzes to all my plants and the flies have not come back. Boom. Winning. Done.

I use this product regularly during the growing season to keep the snails and slugs at bay. I find it very effective and choose this brand or Sluggo as they are both safe around pets and wildlife. They can also be used around edibles - veggies and rhubarb, for example. It lasts through rain as the pellets are hard. I would recommend it.

I was very hopeful when I got this and went to sprinkling right away! I used it several times in and around my garden where various plants have been eaten up by snails. Didn’t seem to do anything, and my plants are still getting eaten - I’ve put a snail in a container with the bait and the snail died (I was curious, I’m sorry!) but it just doesn’t seem like they choose to eat it. Also has caused mold problems in some of my plants’ soil when it wasn’t eaten.
