This review is for: Garden Potting Bench with Storage Cabinet,Outdoor Gardening Table & Work Bench for Plants, Horticulture,Outdoor Workstation with Stainless Steel Tabletop,Outdoor Work Table with Elevated RackIt took me about 1.5 hours to assemble this potting bench by myself with a power screw driver. My screws were rattling loose in the box, so if yours are still in the containers you may be a bit faster. Besides the legs and screws/hardware, none of the pieces seem to be labeled, so my assembly tip is to look at the bottom tabs of the side pieces to determine which piece you need to next, as they need to be inserted into the slots. Additionally the 2 back side pieces are labeled "this side up" which also helps. I didn't find it too hard to select the right piece even if it wasn't labeled. I did need to pound the metal back into place in several areas of my bottom piece and table top. Once pounded back into place it wasn't noticeable and everything assembled easily. If you are not willing to do that, this might not be the potting bench for you.I already have 2 wooden potting tables, but I didn't want anything flammable up against the side of my house so I decided to pick up this metal one. It feels solid after assembly, and looks good. I like that I can hide away my yard tools under this potting table.

I've done a lot of assembly over the past decades, and this is definitely one of the more complicated, difficult pieces I've put together. It is not for the faint of heart or the beginner. The instructions are mediocre at best, and none of the seemingly 3 million pieces are labeled, except the screws. It requires a lot of patience and picture-matching, and a willingness to go back and correct things you might have gotten wrong. For that reason, definitely follow the instructions that say not to tighten the screws until the very end, since you very well may need to go back and fix something.Once assembled, it's okay. The metal is pretty flimsy and lightweight, and bends easily. The finish also scratches very, very easily, and several pieces got scratched while I was assembling it, when I slipped with the screwdriver or just rubbed two pieces together. For that reason, I have doubts that it will be very durable in weather. In a sheltered location, it works just fine for very light potting or storage of tools, provided none of the tools weigh very much.

I wanted to remind myself that this is only an $140.00 product, and you get a lot, but, I was not satisfied!The product arrived in an intact box. Upon opening it, it appeared to be well packed. However as I begun to remove the parts, some parts were damaged.Despite the disappointment, I proceeded with the built. The build instructions were not good at all. The had areas that were very confusing. I do have a lot of experience in this field and that helped. However I kept thinking of the average person and the difficulties that may have. The manual is very poor. What is also poor was the overall quality of the metal. Very thin, very flimsy.I was able to straighten most of the damaged areas and proceeded with the build. It took a bit longer than expected. I used a drill and I actually broke two screws that I had to extract and replace. The screw metal material is very weak. It shouldn't have broken that easy. Once it was put together, and on level ground, I adjusted the corners to make the doors even and close properly. I had to loosen the stubborn screws and that was a challenge. The bend frame did not help, but, I was able to get it at acceptable levels. The stainless steel surface is very thin and it bends at the touch of the finger. The surface is a magnet for fingerprints. It is the type of material that has no resistance to fingerprints.The folding rack requires two metal inserts to hold it open. They are very hard to insert and/or remove, making it difficult to operate.I am not sure in the cabinet will fair well with the weather if it receives rain. I will have to update on that in the future. I also question that the weights indicated in the description, simply because when I place a pot in the center, the surfaces bend. I am not concerned about breaking, but bending and altering the looks.While new, not used, it looks good. However I do have my reservations of keeping the looks during normal use and resistance to elements.The overall quality does not inspire confidence!

I needed to replace the support for my laser engraver, which is currently a piece of plywood over two sawhorses. I saw this Garden Potting Bench with Storage Cabinet / Outdoor Workstation with Stainless Steel Tabletop and thought this would be a good fit for my needs. The storage area with doors was especially appealing to me as I need to store my supplies somewhere, and the storage area was perfect. The unit arrived nicely packed, and the instructions were not hard to follow, especially after viewing the installation video a few times. Total assembly time was about 20 minutes, which is not bad. Phillips screwdriver and a wrench is all you need, though I did use a power screwdriver to save my wrists! The unit, when fully assembled is rock solid. I did not install the elevated rack as I don't need that, but if my needs change, it's an easy addition. The only wish I have is if it shipped with wheels (locking wheels) to make moving this easier. But I installed felt feet to make moving it on the hard floor a tad easier. I might look around for some wheels to replace the provided feet, but that's not a detraction from this unit. For my needs, this is a 5 star purchase!Update: I ordered "2" Stem casters Set of 4 Metric Threaded Stem M10 x 25mm Heavy Duty casters Wheels with Safety Dual Locking Furniture casters Swivel Castors with Brakes,500Lbs" ASIN B09SYSPYJ2 and these were perfect for this storage cabinet! Highly recommended if you occasionally need to move this cabinet around!
