I ordered this tool for a couple of different reasons, and honestly, it works perfectly for all of them. I have a large yard with a lot of decomposed granite (DG) in the back, and the hoe side covers way more ground than one of those small hula hoes. It cuts right through even compacted DG without much effort.The rake side has been just as useful. After I’ve loosened weeds with the hoe, I can flip it over and rake them right up—makes cleanup way easier. It also helps fluff up the DG and makes it look fresh and leveled out, which I didn’t expect but really like. The tines came with little waxy caps that you remove before using—they’re sharp and sturdy, which is great.I also used this to maintain my cresta stone areas (those decorative rocks that trap dust and debris). Every year or so, I need to “fluff” them to clear out the sand that settles in, and this tool makes it way easier to stir and shift the rocks around without breaking my back. I do have a landscaper, but it’s expensive to have him handle these touch-up jobs regularly. This tool lets me keep things looking fresh in between visits.The powder-coated handle screws together easily, and it feels very durable and solid when assembled. For what it does, I think it’s a great value.

It’s so worth getting this hoe garden tool! The 12 - tooth design makes it both a garden hoe for weeding (fast and thorough weeding) and a great soil - turner. The 2 - in - 1 function makes gardening much easier. Way better than single - function stirrup hoes. Whoever uses it will praise it!

This stirrup hoe is truly a remarkable hoe garden tool! When weeding, its sharp blade effortlessly slices through weeds. When it’s time to loosen the soil, simply flip it over and get the job done quickly. In the past, I had to switch tools for these two tasks, but now one hoe suffices, doubling my efficiency! It’s incredibly handy for both garden hoe for weeding and soil cultivation. I only wish I’d discovered it sooner!
