Bought two sets, one for my son and one for my daughter. It wasn't even a week after I gave them to each one that we were able (not by choice) to test them out. The wrench fits great into the bottom for manually turning the disposal. The other tool is great for turning the disposal from the top. I just do not like to use it when it is overfull with water. But that is up to the user.

Great products. It WILL save you money. Believe me. Especially if you have a couple of grandkids who like to throw small objects in the sink or if you have people in your household that don't watch what they are doing. I always check the garbage disposal now before running it, but if you don't and it jams, this tool will work. It did for me. Plumbers are TOO EXPENSIVE these days for a simple fix

I'm glad I was able to find this tool it saved me from having to buy a new garbage disposal. Although it didn't come with the directions it was simple to use.

This was like having my own personal plumber without the large cost. It is simple to use and very effective. Just insert, twist and watch as your disposal is freed from whatever mess was causing the jam. This tool should be in every home. It is going to save you a lot of money.

My disposal would only "buzz" when I turned it on.Obviously not a power issue.I used the large "in from the top" tool.It would not budge.I used a screwdriver and a hammer to apply impact to the center post of the motor from the top.I firmly hit it a few times.Then I tried the the large leverage tool. It started to move.I used the tool for several full rotations of the impeller.Removed the tool and tried the disposal. IT WORKED.LOTS of hot water and let it run for several minutes.Happy I bought this tool MUCH cheaper than a new disposal.
