Lead free I would suggest this product, looks feels, and shoots good, haven’t had a chance to test penetration yet, size works for my pistol.

These pellets are NO joke, they are steel jacketed and penetrate well in small game, ie: Swuirrel & Rabbit, I use a powerful Air Gun that shoots these pellets at 12,00 fps , They shoot accurate every time, a good addition to my gear,

Definitely one of the most powerful pellets I own. They fit just right in my .177 Gamo Whisper Wildcat. I wanted to test it out on this aluminum dog bowl that I've been shooting at with my other pellets. All of my pellets have previously gone through it because it's pretty thin, but this one looks like I got a hole puncher and made a perfect circle through the bottom of the thing. The pellet ended up stuck inside the tree behind it.For context, my rifle supposedly shoots at 1,300 FPS, and I'm about 30 yards from my target. So far, it looks like it's shooting pretty dang accurate, and that's a little surprising because I watched a few videos before and it looks it's usually strong but unstable. For me it shoots a tiny bit lower but perfectly in the middle. In terms of sound, it's kinda loud but nowhere near as loud as the PBA Raptor pellets I have from Gamo. All in all, I think these would have been my favorite pellets if it weren't for the price and the sound since it makes it difficult to use them continuously in my backyard without worrying about the noise. 9/10

I cant tell you guys how these Gamo pellets shoot because Amazon hasn't shipped my pellet gun YET and I ordered the pellets and the pellet gun at the SAME TIME! Whats up with that? As for the pellet gun (that I bought the same day as the pellets) its been saying "shipping soon" for like a week...???????????I don't have a .177 cal pellet gun at the moment and I want to go shooting with my buddies as soon as possible. What good are pellets if Amazon is going to take forever to ship the pellet gun?But to be honest with you guys, if you want a .177 cal and you want it to be SUPER ACCURATE than look into getting a 17HMR. You won't be able to buy the 17HMR on the internet though because its a (rimfire) REAL gun. Basically the 17HMR is a 22 magnum cartrige thats been "necked down" to .17 cal. I can shoot an egg at 300 yards NO PROBLEM (with just one shot all day long), as long as the scope is sighted in good. The 17HMR bullet travels at 2000fps or more.... Heres a quote from wikipedia "it can deliver muzzle velocities in excess of 2550 ft/s". And if you are going to get a 17HMR than make sure you get a scope that has like 4-16X power because most likly the 17HMR will shoot better than you can, so the higher power scope is a MUST. I'm telling you, my Savage 93R17 is a tack driver. I'm sure I could hit a dragon fly at 100 yards. I've never been so impressed with ANY gun. My first gun was a Ruger 10/22 and I liked it, than I got a 12 gage pump shotgun and...... well shotguns can shoot bird shot or buck shot or slugs. So I'm going to have to say that the shotgun is my seccond favorite gun because of its versitility, I can take 3 clay pigeons and throw them in the air, and shoot them all with a pump shotgun. Than I got a 30-06 and I liked it, but the ammo is too much money to go target practicing alot, unless u have lots of money. A 30-06 round costs about $1 a piece. Than I got the Savage 93R17 and the ammo is pretty cheap and its going to hit whatever your crosshairs are on, and its going to HIT HARD.I bought the Savage 93R17 and I couldn't ask for a more accurate (and pretty) rimfire gun. Its WAY MORE ACCURATE than a Ruger 10/22. It actually shoots more accurate and better than some larger (centerfire) guns. If you get the right 17HMR than you'll be shooting 1 MOA up to 400 yards (as long as its not super windy because its a small bullet). 1 MOA means that it will shoot groups less than an inch at 100 yards, or 2 inch groups at 200 yards, or 3 inch groups at 300 yards. But I would NOT let a child take a 17HMR out hunting (alone) in the woods because it is VERY POWERFUL and could kill a stupid kid.Like I said, Im waiting for my pellet gun to be shipped BY AMAZON so I can take frieds hunting and target shooting without spending the "big bucks" on ammo and if my friends do something stupid (which I'm sure they wont), than nothing bad would happen. After all its a .177 cal pellet gun. Kinda like an airsoft gun, u really can't do much damage if you tried. But I'm hoping this pellet gun will be good for small game, but the key word there is SMALL game.I hope I helped someone, even though I cant tell u much about the Gamo pellets because AMAZON did NOT ship my pellet gun yet!!!!!!!!Keep it safe and happy hunting.God bless._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________EDIT on 7/11/2012 - Amazon finally shipped my "Gamo Silent Cat Air Rifle" it should be here before the weekend. Praise God! I'll let you guys know how they shoot. Also, I got my NEW (fully autimatic) airsoft gun in the mail today. Its not my first airsoft gun, to be honest with you. I don't know what happened to my first/old airsoft gun because I bought it like 7 years ago and I've moved from house to house in the past 6 years. Its probally in my house in Maine somewhere but my house is 6 hours away and I only get like 12 mpg in my jeep. Unfortunatly I'm living with my mom now. But if you like hunting and shooting sports (like I do) and if you dont have squirils, rabits or small game around where you live than think about getting into AIRSOFT or PAINTBALL because you can always have someone to shoot at. HAHAH!!! Seriously, as long as you and your friend(s) have the proper safty gear like a full face mask (for paintball) or safty glasses for airsoft than you can go and shoot at each other AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE PROPER SAFTY EQUIPMENT, because its NOT cool to get hurt or hurt someone else. It might hurt if you get hit in the body with a paintball from 10 yards away BUT wear a full face MASK and you can keep your pretty face and eyes. And you don't have to kill a poor squirrel or rabbit, but Ive killed at least 20 squirells and like 2 rabbits, but I feel bad for taking any life even if its a spider or ant. HAHA..... If you are interested in AIRSOFT or PAINTBALL than learn as much as possible before you and your friends go shooting eachother in the woods or where ever. Keep safty first and have as much fun as possible because life is short and we all deserve to have fun.May God be with you and bless you.Peace!

Great package for starting out with a new air rifle. Each air rifle shoots differently based on the choice of pellets. This variety pack is a great and cost effective way to figure out which pellets are best for your air rifle. I have a Daisy Winchester 1028WS 1,000 fps scoped rifle. I shot all these pellets at a range of about 30 ft. In fact the Amazon recommended Daisy "Max Precision" Pointed pellets performed worse than every pellet in this pack.Magnum - These pellets are heavier than the rest; designed for maximum impact force and penetration. These are ideal for rifles that normally break the sound barrier. The extra mass causes the pellet to come out of the rifle slower. Note: Pellets are less accurate when they break the speed of sound.Master Point - Basically the simplest pellet. The pointed top is for maximum penetration. Unlike the Daisy pointed pellets Gamo ones are well made so they fit more snugly in the barrel giving much better accuracy.Match - The pellets are specifically for shooting targets. They are very accurate at 30ft. and make a nice big hole in the target paper that is easier to see from distance. These flat headed pellets are also called wad cutters because of the wads of paper they tear up as they hit the bull's eye.Hunter - By far my favorite in the bunch. Domed pellets, like these, are considered by many to be the best overall pellet. I found the accuracy of these in my rifle equal to if not better than the match pellets. The punch of these things is incredible. They blasted right through my 4 inch cardboard backstop and hit the bricks behind it. This happens with all the pellets but the Hunters are the only ones that really keep any kind of shape after hitting the bricks. Maximum accuracy coupled with great penetration make this pellet the best of the bunch.
