Q1 : Missing screws
A1 : In order to avoid the leakage of screws, all the screws will be installed in the screw holes in the corresponding positions of the chair in advance, and spare screws will be attached.
Q2 : Only a part of the light work.
A2 : The LED pixels quantity can be adjusted:
1.Press "SETTING" for 5 seconds until white strip flash to enter the setup menu
2.Press MODE +/- to adjust the quantity of the LED light pixels
3.Press "SETTING" to finish the setting

I bought this for my 8 year old son and he absolutely loves it. The colors are vibrant and he loves the massage. His older brothers are actually jealous because their gaming chairs aren't as nice!

Bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He was so happy. This is a great purchase the colors of the lights he loves. He loves the foot rest. He just loves it. He showed all his friends took a little time to put together but well worth it.

Needs better packaging the metal and plastic parts looks a little mistreated. Not that comfortable. Lights are stunning fabrics looks amazing!

My chair has already broken. Chair is made of cheap material & screws. Both my sides have broken. I've tried using a different screw but the arms still won't stay put. One complete side is broken. I only use my chair for my work at home nothing else. Also the foot rest gets stucks after a month. Its gard to pull out & push back in. I am so disappointed in this order. This is the only order I've had from Amazon that I've done a review on.
