Poor product. The wind blew them over and the necks filled with water, making them swim upside down. When I put them on the shore they failed to scare away geese. A very bad purchase all around.

Every boat going past our place on a lake turns heads as they think it is real. Not sure about the decoy part as we never get much geese

We had tried several different deterrents that were suggested to us (had upwards of 65-70 geese visiting & deficating daily) . Motion detector lights and noise makers. One even sounded like a dog barking. Nothing worked or if it did work - not for more than a day. When someone suggested SWANS I really didn't hold out much hope, but VOILA! SUCCESS! It's been a good 6 - 8 weeks now & while the geese are still around, so far they've stayed in the water and don't venture up onto the property. One of the nicest benefits is NO NOISE, like some of the previous "solutions" & another one is - they LOOK PRETTY.

I move these Swans around on my lakeside yard and my dock and it helps to keep the geese off my dock and yard.

I think that they look like live swans. Now I put them out this morning and find my yard is full of geese. I had to go out and chase them away. There had to be 30 or 40 of them. The swans didn't scare them at all. I was going to buy another set because they look so good but not now. I'm Totality sorry that I wasted my money.

I need something to keep blue herron and geese out of my pond and these are supposed to work....so why not give them a try. These are half the price (or less) than the same item elsewhere. They are sturdy and well engineered....all you need is a tie string and a weight and you're in business. I got four for what I would have paid for two elsewhere.

I just like the two Swan Decoys that we bought to have the geese stay off our property. We live on a lake and this year for some unknown reason, we had approx. 20 geeses landing in the water and coming on our lawn to eat and rest. Sure is nice to see but they leave a lot of crap. So we have one goose in the water and one on the lawn. I haven’t seen them since. They are expensive but beautiful and worth the price.

The material is hard and feels like hard plastic and not the inflatable type. You screw the head in. I attached a weight to it and threw it in my big pond to attract real geese for us to enjoy while we relax by it. The paintjob looks good and from medium distance it looks like the real deal.

My pond builder recommended getting a swan decoy to keep herons away. We’ll see if it works. Overall it’s well made and very easy to assemble. My only complaint is it doesn’t have a swan neck. The neck and head look more like a goose. I suspect they just used a mold for a hunting goose decoy. For a beautiful backyard pond I really wanted something that looked graceful but I couldn’t find anything else that worked. Overall I do like it.

We had 20+ geese that came to our front lawn every day. They destroyed our lawn by pulling up our Bermuda grass and leaving large poops on our lawn and driveway. We tried those shiny pinwheels, a sonic device, and chasing them, which didn't work. So we decided to try this swan. We immediately screwed on the neck/head and set it on our sidewalk near our front door. Since then, we have never had a single goose on our lawn. TOTALLY AMAZED!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The geese now go to our neighbors' lawns throughout our development (sorry neighbors).
