I can say the quality of this thing is perfect and great! It does exactly what you need it to do (makes workouts tougher but better), and makes my muscles BURN!I do pilates workouts daily and bought this to help out and add to them. It's not heavy at all, very lightweight and is the perfect size to hold comfortably too! Definitely recommend!!!

Much lighter resistance than a traditional Pilates magic circle. Great for weaker people.

Simple to use and multi functional exercise ring. Great for working the inner legs! Also can be used to work your pecs. Good resistance level. Foam cushioned handles for added comfort with squeezes. Great product.

I never thought that adding this to pilates would make much difference but it really does. Check out 'Move with Nicole' on YouTube. In Sept 2024 she posted a workout for the ring and it's a great full body workout - arms, legs, abs, glutes... the works. My abs really feel it and this ring is solid and does everything it should. It adds great resistance and has some give to it so you can pulse it with your hand or foot while crunching.
