This is a very good quality air filter assembly. This is very similar to the quality of the Donaldson filter housing on my mower. I've got two commercial mowers, one with this style of air filter housing and one with a regular filter. The regular filter needs to be cleaned out much more frequently but the one with this Donaldson style filter housing filters much better and lasts longer. Just blow the debris off the filter every now and then and it'll last a long time. The blue filter, which sits inside the bigger filter rarely needs to be replaced.
