Ok - my bad for not reading the fine print on how small these cones are; the photos made them look bigger. They are only half the size of an ink pen. I was expecting a small size but these are tiny. I'm sure I will find a use for them eventually. My advice to the vendor would be to advertise these as "party favors" or "kid's crafts".

These cones are pretty much what you'd expect from the description and pictures, but do be aware that they're very lightweight. If using them in an open area, they aren't super sturdy and wind can move them around. If sheltered (or indoors), they tend to do a bit better.The cones are Made in China and while they're only 12 dollars at time of this review, I would recommend checking out dollar stores first. These look and feel like they fit right in - you'll likely find something similar (and cheaper) during late spring/early summer.
