Cheap easy to use 2 piece fishing rod. It’s getting harder to find 2 piece rods in stores and kids break rods pretty often so I hope Shimano doesn’t stop making these .

El empaque fue excelente, llegaron correctamente sus dos partes, el único detalle es que la descripción decía 9 pies y la caña dice 8 pies, pero de todo en general llegó perfectamente. Solo falta probarla.

The Shimano FX fishing poles for spinning reels have great action, are very affordable, and last a long time. I have a pair that I’ve been using for 7 years now that are still going strong, I bought a few additional poles to pre-position on a boat and another for my wife. The stiffness of these MH poles are perfect for shore or boat fishing, casing very well, and the action is great for freshwater fish. The value of these poles for the price is unbelievably economical. These poles are about 20% heavier than other poles with comparable ratings, but those poles also cost 3x - 6x the price of these excellent Shimano FX poles.

I love this rod. Beside the really nice looks, it feels great. For those that say it feels like a noodle, they obviously haven't been in the Ultralight fishing game. Try a berkley powerbait Ultralight and you will know what a noodle feels like (i do like that rod for crappie fishing). This rod is a true fast action Ultralight. It balances well with a centron 500, has good backbone, thick slick eyes, and feels good in the hand. For the price, if you truly want to fish Ultralight, get this rod. BTW it came in the heaviest tube I've ever gotten a rod in wrapped in bubble wrap.Happy FishingCapt. T

I have three more 8 ft rods but they're mainly for a saltwater this fresh water rod is very light for 8 ft and I can cast it with deadly accuracy even while using weightless finesse Baits. and it is a Med Hry. Trying to go pro and do fishing videos for YouTube and Facebook I was invited by another fisherman to come up to Kentucky to do some salmon fishing and another state I think it'll be perfect for the job great quality beautiful looking finish almost Chrome. Just the right flexibility in the tip for throwing crankbaits and Texas rigs.
