This scale has so many features. Measuring for different types of food and different types of weight. Like grams and ounces. This is a really nice scale. I personally use it for Measurements with my Sourdough. Love it

This scale is easy to use, battery operated, and takes up no counter space! (You can hang it on a wall.) I can't vouch for accuracy, as I have no calibrated weights, but for kitchen use I'm sure it's as accurate as you need. Measurements can be read in ounces, grams, Kg, fluid ounces, etc. According to the documentation, it will weigh up to 22 lbs (10 kg)! And delivery was faster than promised by Amazone.Great value for the price!

good to weigh ingredients ETC.somewhat more difficult to read the units of measure being used.it's a good product and better than I have used in the past.
