How to Measure the Filter?
If you do not know the replacement part number, measure the filter as the following steps:
a. Measure the outside diameter of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16)
b. Measure the overall length of the cartridge in inches (+/- 1/16), including the end caps. Do not include any handles, strings, etc.
c. If the top and/or bottom is open, measure the inside diameter of the opening (+/- 1/16 inch). If the end cap is closed make note of its identifying features (i.e. "Handle", "Cone", etc.).

The end caps of the filter cartridge are sturdy, not easy to melt or crack.

I got this filter to test as a replacement for the overpriced filters for my Master Spa Clarity Precision 7 spa that include their "ECO Pur" charge cartridge that is a total marketing gimmick and excuse to charge >$100 per filter. I'm happy to report that this Future Way filter is in fact a drop in replacement for the overpriced X268548 / PMA-R3 filter/cartridge combo sold by Master Spa and effectively eliminates the "ECO Pur" charge cartridge from your filtration setup. Filtration quality seems good in the first week of having this filter installed. Great value filters to save you money.

We have 4 Air B&B houses and each house has a hot tub. We replace the filters VERY REGULARLY due to guests activities ... and the guests kids... No, dawn dish soap in a hot tub is not a good idea.. though some think it makes a massive bubble bath to entertain the kids...These filters are more cost effective and look just like the OEM filters. These work well for us.
