Giving it five stars so more people see this. This was a pain to put together. It comes with long screws with hexagon head screws (who has a Hexagon screw driver???).The shelf when put together is great. It looks nice and has a lot of style, but I truly considered returning it after dumping all of the pieces out of the box

I bought this as a shelf for my teas and mugs. I'll eventually need to buy 2 more of these because I have a ton of tea, coffee, and mugs.Pros: The shelf is a nice size and was relatively easy to put together despite the almost overwhelming number of pieces.Cons: Almost every shelf piece was damaged at the corner despite having plastic protectors on it. The wood was chipping and splintering in the exact spot where you needed to insert some of the screws. Some of the shelf pieces don't match up properly and it's definitely not something one person could put together easily.Overall, the shelf looks great and functions the way I need it to.

I was extremely disappointed with the product I received. It looked nothing like what was advertised on the website. The quality was incredibly poor and felt cheap right out of the box. I didn’t even bother to assemble it after unpacking because it was clear it wouldn't meet my expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and I regret the purchase.

It's a little smaller than I expected, but that's my own fault. My daughter wanted it for her room so I just ordered it without really paying much attention. This is a cheap shelf. The frame is made from low grade, thin, flimsy metal. The shelves are thin with a thin laminate-like surface. Overall though, once assembled, it was sturdier and more functional than I thought it would be. For its small size, it has entirely too many parts to assemble. The metal sections of the sides are around 1 foot sections. I'm sure this is to get it into a small enough box to make delivery costs reasonable. Assembly is pretty straightforward. The directions are actually pretty clear and written in understandable English. I used a battery drill to assemble, but I set the drill clutch on the lowest setting to avoid overtightening. Even that caused the screw heads to pull in a little tight on the thin, flimsy metal. So if you go the power tool route for assembly be extremely careful. I think it would take a long time to assemble using the supplied hex key and screwdriver. Anyway, once assembled it looks nice enough. It's not the type of furniture to survive a move or anything. My teenage daughter wanted it to put some knick-knacks and books on and it serves that purpose well.

This is a great shelf for the price! Its easy to put together and took me maybe 15 minutes. It is sturdy enough for a small shelf and fits my needs perfectly. The allen wrench is comes with rounds out pretty easy but it still worked fine for putting it together. I am thinking of purchasing another one for my office!
