These run big... I got the 4T for my 3 yr old, but the 3T would have fit better. These are very "blousy"... Otherwise, they are basic plastic pants and keep leaks from happening. Good value.

They are not like the old school plastic underwear. They do not fit tight around the legs so if they’re wearing underpants for training, they will make a mess right through. It’ll be all over your floor or carpet. Don’t mistake these for real waterproof plastic underpants

I ordered a 4t for my 3 year old twins that are being potty trained these are huge I would say order a size down doesn’t fit around the legs one twin has slimmer legs and the other has thighs that should fit but too big

These diaper covers do run a bit big however they are perfect fit for my 10yr daughter that wear diapers for bedwetting issues. The diaper cover has helped with any leaking and keeps her bed dry. The plastic diaper cover does make a crinkle sound when she moves but not a big deal for wearing at bedtime. Overall it seems to work well for my daughter.
