I love these so incredibly much!! My mom purchased them for my 3.5 year old for Christmas and he loves them!! He plays with them everyday and laughs at the animal poses, loves the colors, perfect size, throwing them, and he gets the whole family doing yoga with him! High quality, durable, fun, gets him moving, burns energy and just an all around amazing gift!

I love these workout dice. It is fun to be able to roll them and figure out your workout by chance. My daughter loves the different exercises and adding this fun twist to make it more fun. These are nice for a planned workout or when you just need to keep the kids entertained for a bit or help them wear out some excess energy.

These are so much fun to use in the classroom! My students always ask if we can use the dice for our brain breaks. Many of the exercises are well-known and easy. There are instruction cards for the poses and activities that aren't as self-explanatory.It has been a great use of our brain break times to learn and perform the exercises. I even made a "fitness instructor" class job, so that everyone will have a chance to roll the dice.The dice seem to be of a good quality and are the perfect size for children and adults to use.

This set of dice is a lot of fun, roll and let the fun begin. Making exercising fun is always great, getting kids interested in new exercise types all the better. This set is effortless to use, they even include examples of the exercises on the dice if you are not familiar with the poses, which many children may not be. The only downside is the price, while these seem well made and large, it's 4 simple dice for $19.90 at the time of this review, it seems a little expensive, but they are nice and they do make doing exercising fun, so they do have value!
