We have been buying these carts (in particular the 30 laptop model) for some years. We now have 8 of them at the school, primarily to standardize the equipment. But we are now looking elsewhere for our next laptop carts. But first lets talk about why we settled on the Pochar 30 unit charging cart.PROS:- They IMPROVED THE DESIGN with the blue dividers with their cable management features that worked very well. In fact the best design we've seen so far with the various brands we've used. But that is if they send you blue dividers - they seem to reserve the right to switch back to older frail thin black dividers when they ship. Quite a disappointment.- The carts are AESTHETICALLY pleasing (I'm particular to the blue)- The CABLE MANAGEMENT is excellent - from rear to front. And the design allows for all 30 power adapters to have a home.- The IMPROVED HANDLE design is a welcome change. It doesnt protrude, thus allowing for close stacking of multiple carts in any arrangement. No snagging, no bumping.- The cart is also fairly solid, more robust than other brands we've used. However the base will bend when the wheels start failing or get stuck.CONS:- The WHEEL BEARINGS literally fall apart after a few months of use. We expect it now having had about a 25% failure rate. These bearings are not sealed, so they explode if there is any movement of the casing. And this will happen in a school environment, on wood floors, and fully loaded.- CUSTOMER SERVICE is illogical : We tried to get replacement wheels from Pochar via the Amazon site to ensure the post threading matches the cart. They refused to sell us new wheels or give us the specs so we can purchase elsewhere. Instead they were requesting proof that we purchased the carts from them. Keep in mind, this is not a warranty request - we were ready to pay. So after 7 emails back and forth I gave up. Gladly I found their original website with the accessories and was able to get the specs for the wheels.- The BASE will also bend at the wheel housing thus causing wheel damage. This is apparently a known weakness since the sell a base + wheels package on their website.- The DIVIDERS were changed from the blue ones (which had some flexibility for easily securing the cables), to thinner black dividers that break easily. The last cart showed up with a 11 broken dividers. I managed to salvage some from other carts, just because i didnt want to deal with customer service again.- They just barely have DEPTH for 14" laptops, even though they are better than other brands we bought before. The 2nd shelf units suffer from very BENT OR DAMAGED CABLES because the door mid-frame squeezes them tightly. Our solution was to flip laptops over so that they clear the door. Unfortunately students cant immediately see the reason why and forget to flip their device.- Even thought the cart frame is solid, the REAR DOOR is extremely thin. Some of our carts arrived with bent doors. The good thing is they're easy to straighten out without damage, and after setup they usually stay locked and inaccessible.CONCLUSIONThis is still a good cart, with design improvements that work well. In fact there is evidence that a lot of thought went into it, based on real world use of laptop carts. But material quality is still a work in progress - they must find a solution for their very cheap wheels to support the weight of a loaded cart. They should also ship the better blue dividers instead of doing the bait and switch with frail black dividers. And did I mention customer service...?

The cords store much easier in this version of Chromebook storage cabinet as compared to earlier versions.

After one year of use the wheels on three of my four carts have bent or broken off. The metal frame on the bottom needs to be better reinforced

Very disappointed, and I wasted my money, you can't put larger tan 14" laptops in it.

Is a well built unit. Had to do some minor shelving adjustments for dividers that shifted during transit but overall very well made unit. Is better suited for 13” or smaller units. 14” made it difficult to close door with side charger attached. The locking mechanism and battery do not allow for clearance.

The cart is a good bang for the buck. The only caveat is that the charging blocks for iPads are large, so you have to leave the back door off of the cart because they won't close without pinching the cables. I would look for a smaller block if you're using them for iPads.

This is the first cart I ever bought so I can't properly compare it with anything else but I think it delivers everything we need for now. I needed something to fit all of the 14 inch laptops we just bought for the school and this fits perfectly. The best part is the cable management, with the little container for the chargers and cables making the back easy to track cleanly. It is unfortunate however the cart can't fit anything larger and if they start making one with the same design, I would snatch that up in a heartbeat. One bad thing is I did not get any instruction out of the box to unlock the keypad which needs separate batteries that were locked in so you need a phone charger to temporarily unlock the keypad. I had to call customer support and had an easy time getting that cleared up so I guess that cancels out.EDIT: After over a year of use, and we have 2 of these now, I have to say it's still worth the money spent. The units are still holding strong after some fairly rough use by some of our students. My one advice to potential buyers is to really map out your cable management and don't be afraid to use zip ties. Although the cables for most chargers can snugly fit the rail system on the shelves, it requires people would properly stow devices as intended. Sometimes the cables will get dislodged and become a mess I recommend using zip ties for a more permanent solution.
