I ordered this pill crusher to break up meds for our dog, but I tested it on an ibuprofen tablet as well. All you have to do is place the pill in the lid and twist. It was that easy and the medicine was pulverized. I have a weak thumb and still had no trouble twisting. No complaints. Quite useful and easy to clean.

I love that this is like a mini pestle and mortar. It is easy to grind and crush pills on one side and store or cut pills on the other side. The device is decently small for everything you get. It seems durable as I accidentally dropped it on the floor and it was still okay. I think this is a good device for anyone to have on hand.

This is the 5th pill crusher I’ve bought and by far the best. Grinds pills to a fine powder. Compact and store meds for travel. Highly recommend

This is handy little device. The pill crushing part works by unscrewing the blue and white ends from themselves. You then put the pill(s) in the bottom compartment and screw both ends back together. You can also crush the pill(s) by screwing the two ends back and forth, similar to the way you would use a pepper grinder. It does crush pills well. Please be aware that not all pills can be crushed. It is very important to check with your pharmacist/doctor/nurse before crushing or cutting any medication! The storage part is marked by a little black arrow at the top of the white plastic center. Once you lift it you can see there is a fair sized cavity for storing extra pills. It also has a built in cutter in the blue lid. Once you gently pry the lid open with your fingers you will see the blade underneath. There is also a little black brush that comes with it to help you clean out the pill dust after cutting/crushing them. This unit does a very good job of crushing and cutting pills. There are many people who will find it handy. It does come with a small instructional pamphlet that is in English and one other language I don't recognize. Unfortunately it only shows how to separate the top from the rest of the unit, so the instructions are not really complete. I did check to see if there were further instructions on the manufacturer's/vendor's website. I did see some pictures but not instructions for each section I was looking for. I also feel that people who have dexterity issues with their hands may have problems opening up the lid to use the cutter feature. Overall I do like this product. As long as you have full function of your hands and a basic working knowledge of how these types of crushers work it is a good purchase.

This is a very useful pill crusher/cutter combination plus storage device. Made from durable plastic with stainless steel grinding head and body to twist crush pills into powder. The pill cutting portion has a very razor sharp blade to split pill easily. There is a small groove to hold the pill in place while it is being cut. With the middle section of the unit is a small storage area for the pills. Keep in mind that certain pills with a wax coating will not crush very well. Plus any gel style pills are not to be cut or crushed. Easily hand washable. Comes with a small brush to sweep out the crushed pills.

Our cat has a special diet that requires some dry food to be crushed up. We didn’t want to get a plastic one nor anything with blades (like coffee bean grinder). The design of the crushing end is great. If it can crush hard dry cat food, it should work fine for pills. We taped the other end closed so it doesn’t open accidentally since we don’t need to split anything. Great item & reasonably priced!

I have used a few other cheap pill cutters before, and they usually require a good amount of force applied to the top to actually cut the pill. Either that, or else their ability to hold and contain the pill before and after cutting it leaves something to be desired.So I was pleasantly surprised that this one proved to be the opposite experience. I used this to cut elongated, chalky 1000mg Vitamin C pills from Costco... you know, the typical kind of pills that are a bit hard-to-swallow.Once I had a pill situated properly in the cutter, I put only a very slight amount of pressure down on the lid and was wondering if I needed to press it down harder, so I opened the lid back to up check, and it was already sliced in half. I was impressed at how much less force was required compared to cheaper pill cutters I have tried in the past.Next I took the sliced-in-half pill and unscrewed the bottom half of the device, and inserted it into the pill crushing compartment. Here again I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations for using a device like this were exceeded.I simply screwed the bottom half back onto the top once, and then I opened it back up again, fully prepared to have to do this multiple times to get the pill to grind and crush into powder completely, only to discover that it was already crushed and ground up. I had assumed I would need to grind away and twist the compartment back and forth multiple times, but found myself in a similar situation as before, where this was easier and went more smoothly than expected.This has definitely been the best pill cutter I have used, and it seems to perform excellently for crushing pills too. As an added bonus, if you unscrew the white mid-section, there's a compartment in there that you can use for storing pills too.After such a great experience using this combination pill cutter and crusher, I consider this a very handy and convenient all-in-one solution, and this will definitely be the one I use in the future whenever I have to cut or grind up any pills.

This product is easy to use, and serves three purposes. The blue top portion pulls out/off of the center portion of the product. The center portion can store pills/medications, the top portion can cut them in half, and the center and bottom blue section can crush them if necessary. It is rather simple to use, but as you can see the residue in the cutter, it took a couple of trials to get a smooth cut. The stainless steel head works well on the crusher portion of this product, as you can see from the photos, which is what I was more interested in from the get go. Even if you only need one of its functions, it gets the job done and does come in handy. Also, it is portable for on the go travel purposes.

This Fullicon 3 in 1 pill crusher arrived wrapped in plastic inside a taped box that was branded/well labeled. “BPA Free” is written on the box. This crusher feels and looks solid, and the colors (indigo blue/white) look good. This pill crusher looks like the listing; it’s on the larger side because of the various functions.A small insert is included with a “Safety Warning” on how to open the lid (that contains the blade) to access the pill container below it. I had to practice this a few times because it was difficult at first (I hold it sideways, open the lid, and then pull the lid away at the hinge where it said “lift”. The “lift” text and arrow disappeared almost immediately on mine (it rubbed off), but I know to look for the hinge. The “Fullicon” brand name was also disappearing so I’ve purposefully helped that along and it’s now completely gone.The pill cutter part can cut differently shaped pills (round or long/oblong), but only one pill at a time.The “grinding head” and the bottom of the crusher where the pill(s) are placed is stainless steel. It crushed the two pills I tried well enough for our needs.We own a smaller pill cutter that can cut a few pills at a time, but it can’t crush pills like this one. I ordered this one because it can do both functions. Made in China.

For the first time, I have recently tried a couple of different pill cutters - with mixed results. I'm not on medication myself, but hoped to be able to cut up my cats' large worming tablets, so that I could hide small pieces in bits of cheese. Neither cutter worked with my test vitamin D pill - and this Fullican cutter also produced one half tablet and the other half in bits. However, these pills are small and not meant to be cut, so hopefully I would have more success with larger ones.What attracted me to this Fullican model though is that it also crushes pills. It immediately reduced the vitamin D bits to a fine powder, which I was able to add to my morning porridge, so the pill didn't go to waste! This could well be an option for cat medication in future, so long as the pills don't taste too bad.I'm also conscious that now I'm in my mid-seventies, I'm unlikely to avoid medication for much longer! This 3-in-1 pill cutter/crusher/storer is a neat little gadget, which would be really useful for taking with me on holiday, or just out for the day.Apart from the rather hit and miss nature of the cutter, I have one other issue though. The brush does a reasonable job, but you are still left with fine powder in the crusher and cutter compartments. This may not matter too much if you're only using one type of pill, but I don't fancy having traces of cat worming pills in my own medication! I assume that the gadget can be washed, but is it dishwasher-safe? The listing merely says that a cleaning brush is included "for effortless maintenance, keeping your pill crusher grinder clean and ready for use"; there is no mention of washing it.
