The bed is very comfortable it’s bigger than expected. Un packing it was easy. It was wrapped pretty good . The delivery driver dropped the package off at the wrong apartment after leaving specific instructions and that is why I am giving only 4 stars. Otherwise it’s a 5.

nothing but great things to say about this mattress! So comfortable and soft and for a great price. I was skeptical about ordering from amazon not knowing what I would get but I am so happy with it! Would definitely recommend.

So, keep in mind as you read: I’m a low-income person who regularly sleeps on the ground for work and thinks an embassy suites and cheesecake factory is the height of luxury. I bought this mattress in early August and woooooowowowowow it’s so comfortable and it’s held up so well. I used to get bad back pain from my mattress, or I would have to rotate my mattress often because I would wear craters into it. Never with this mattress. No pain, no wear, no noise, no problems. It’s supportive without being too firm, comforting and soft without swallowing you. The thickness is perfect, it just all around works great. It came in a big huge heavy box, I was able to pull the mattress out with some difficulty (but nothing crazy), and set it up super easy on my frame. I let it rise for a day and some change just to make sure it could expand, and it was great from the get go. I’ve never ordered an online mattress so I wasn’t sure if it would work out without trying. It’s perfect, 10/10, would buy this again and again and again. I’m very impressed

I'm actually really impressed with this. It's squishy on top but seems to be firm enough underneath to hold up to not having a box spring. Depending on how long it lasts before wearing out, I'd buy again.

I just switched from a memory foam mattress bc my back hurt literally every night, I have lower back injuries... I got this one and the very first night sleeping on it was amazing. My back didn't force me out the bed early not one time and I'm on day 3. Definitely worth the money... It's soft, thick, And the mattress has a little bounce if that helps any of you 😉

It’s probably too soon to tell, but after unboxing the mattress, it doesn’t seem to match to dimensions of the description. I understand the height/thickness should continue to increase over the next 49-72 hours, however, the length is measuring 76”at the longest point. I ordered the queen, 12”. Its length should be 80 inches. Not sure if this mattress will grow in length 3-4 inches over that time, but I will update in a few days and hopefully, this expansion process will exceed my expectations.On the bright side, it arrived a day earlier than expected. I did measure an inch wider than 60”, which is what the width that’s in the description states. Also, this was one of the least expensive queen mattresses on amazon when I ordered. So, even if I can get a few years out of it, it’s worth it as I am balling on a budget at the moment. I am going to let it fully expand over the next 3 days and will update to the quality and size issue after getting a night or two of sleep on it.
