For the price of these gas masks they’re worth getting specially since they cover a wide range of disasters that could happen being a survivor of Katrina. I can tell you I really wish I would’ve had a gas mask as nice as us. It came already pretty much together or you have to do, take the plug out of the can and screw it on ice and tight. It goes on very easily. If you know how to put on a gas mask that is make sure you put the back of your head and then pull it down over your face not the other way around or you’ll rip your ears nose off . lol

I picked up this AMZYXUAN Gas Mask to go with my Fallout-themed setup, and as far as looks go, it’s perfect. The black rubber and filter design give off that post-apocalyptic vibe, making it a great addition to my decor. I’ve mounted it on the wall alongside some Fallout-inspired metal signs, and it really ties the whole aesthetic together.Now, when it comes to actual functionality, I can’t really say how effective it is as a gas mask. I haven’t tested it in any hazardous environments, so if you’re buying it for practical protection, you might want to do some deeper research. But if you’re after something that looks badass in a themed setup, this definitely delivers.

I performed a fit test (to OSHA standards) and it passed. Filters arent great but im here for the mask. You do not see the middle of the mask seperating the lenses and field of vision is near perfect, aimed down my 5x tricon and beautiful. Take a deep breath and sure enough no fog at all. Breathing is slightly restricted compared to a 300 dollar one but its like 5% diffrence, its extremely comfortable and fits great. Ordering 2 more next paycheck. Again filters aint it, the CBRN are the way to go for saftey and protection.

I fit tested this and found that air leaked through the speaker port. It’s so flawed that idk who would design it like that. The gasket hangs from the mask and allows air to flow through. Thank God I tested it BEFORE I actually needed it! Waste of money!

Bought this kit for 17% off. Like buying just the cartridges at a good price and get a gas mask free. Slight aberrations in the face shield I didn't find too objectionable. Inside mouth piece part is removable for washing. The rest seems glued together so there is the one exhaust valve of six that is in accessible.Standard professional design and easy to adjust once on. Sized for standard adult size, shape face. Side mounted organic filters hung in for 5 hours of fumes before detectable odor (unknown phospho-methyl-chloro compound) began to penatrate. Cartridges usually have limited re-usability after a warm airing for a few days. Saving the main 40mm cartridge for emergencies.Includes thick washable dust pad filters.Conns:#1 Inner seal overlaps inner nose seal having a minor air gap which is inconsequential to its function. As with all full face masks requires an outer face to mask seal.#2 Nose depth is a bit shallow for total nasus clearance for those of us with larger snozzles.Great buy at $25-$35. No complaints so far.
