Louder than most automatic washers & the spin cycle doesn’t work. Remember when purchasing from Hong Kong & abroad the return is on you to ship just like I paid $99 to ship it to me I must return it too

Just follow directions. I didn't have any issues at all. I wanted to give a review once I used it a few times and so far I haven't had any problems what so ever.. my only thing is I don't know where they want me to find the filter piece to clean so I use a stocking so I won't clog my pipes but I will be contacting the sealer... Ooh and it's not quite 😂🤣😂at all on spin mode just a FYI
