Your cart is empty.These feather boa are perfect for dance performances, special events, weddings, Mardi Gras celebrations, photographer props, masquerade parties, bachelorette parties, etc. We also have different size chandelle feather boas available. How do I clean and take care of the feather boas? After you receive the boas, please pull them out of the PVC bag(s), preferably outdoors, in order to get rid of debris formed during processing and shipping. The boas should be hung for 48 to 72 hours before use. The longer you hang them up, the better they will look. Feather boas are also washable. Clean the boas by hand washing in warm water and soap. Rinse off the soap with cold water. Then, wipe off the boas with a towel or paper towels. After removing most of the excess water, use a blow dryer to finish drying the boas and maintain their fluffiness. All of our feather products have been professionally cleaned, steamed, and sanitized. If the strings on the ends of the boa are too long, you may retie the string tightly as close as possible to the feathers and cut the rest off. The boa will not fall apart if you do this.

Just don’t do it. It’s poor quality, shed so much the host of the party asked me to take it off and throw it in the trash. We had a good laugh, but this is pathetic. Not worth the cost. Not cute. Not functional. Scratchy and ugly.

I make homecoming mums for a side business and I’ve dealt with all types of quality boas. These boas were so well made ZERO FEATHERS dropped during the making of the mum. Typically it looks like I plucked a chicken when using a boa. I will never purchase from another brand again. The price point was perfect and the quality was leaps above the price point. The color and look was great for thiis themed event I attended. Danced alot, so left a trail of feathers on the floor but for tge price and look, it was a good buy!
