Installed these bushings on a 2014 Polaris ranger 800. Drove less then 10 miles and rattleing started again and started getting worse. Uninstalled the new bushings and they flattened out on one side of the bushing worse then the old ones I took out that had 2600 miles on them. These new ones are totally junk. Installed the old ones until I can purchase bushings of better quality.

These were a real wallet saver to repair OEM shocks that the bushings had gone out on.

Polaris doesn’t sell these individual parts, instead they direct you to spend several hundred dollars to purchase the entire shock assembly in order to get the bushings that commonly wear out in under 10yrs.We use this kit regularly in our motorcycle/ATV/UTV repair facility.*ProTip: The upper and lower bushings are different sizes, so pay attention and install accordingly or you’ll be frustrated as a midget with a yo-yo trying to put your suspension back together.

The original shock bushings were shot in the ranger crew we purchased second hand, the shocks could probably be replaced but we don't use it enough to justify the added cost so this was the perfect fix for the rough and rattly ride at a fraction the cost of replacing the shocks.

They are better than nothing for the price but the bushing material is too soft to last.

At abou 100km started hearing a banging in the front end. Turned out the rubber bushing flattened out. Took out and rubber to the steel bushing has excessive play
