The hardware is perfect and really nice condition. However it doesn’t come with the accurate amount or size screws for the lock or handle to be screwed on.

Difficult to install due to fact that the instructions are lacking to say the least and more importantly there were not enough screws in the packets. 2 of the sets were missing the proper amount of screws for the installation which caused some issues. Not as easily to install as portrayed. Plan to contact the company. I need the proper screws to finish.Once on--they look great.*****Been in contact with company. Like pulling teeth. I cannot make them understand that I need 12 4 CM screws to complete the installation. Not making this easy at all.UPDATE: Company replaced door knobs and the replacements had the proper amount of screws. Happy with their response.

We needed a new handle/deadbolt for one of our doors and this one is amazing. So sturdy - I just love it.It took 3 minutes for my husband to install this.

Every thing looked good when you open the box,The real struggle when you find the screw for the deadbolt is short and missing the connecting bar for the handle.You feel the frustration with your trials, not worth putting it back in the box and returning it.I have to deal with door without handles and deadbolt till I get another one .
