These work just fine. However, I'm trying to order more and why can't they all the sudden ship to my address? They shipped them here just fine in June. What am I missing?

We purchased this item because it seemed to be a better deal and the model numbers matched our system. We were so wrong!! Will not fit with the mineral pack and after leaving them in the system for three days on 10, we are still showing no chlorine. Went to our local pool store and they stated that Frog only sells to wholesale pool companies. After $340 later getting our pool back in shape, I am furious! Take my advice Nd purchase from local pool store .

I have ordered these frig cycles bac pacs many times this summer. They are always on time. Or they Ben earlier! Packaging is sufficient. Very pleased! This system is user friendly! My pool water sparkled like diamonds!
