Went camping with Boy Scouts in an area where hammocks were allowed with extra tree protection. These did great for an adult hammock. No bark lost or loose when I removed them.

First time using tree wrap and worked well. We will see how it holds up over the next few trips.

Used on obstacle course between trees! Product was plenty big, & is still holding up all summer so far!

Product is comfy to take a nap in. Only complaint that I have is the straps are thin so used own ratchet straps.

State parks in my state require that any hammock setup use straps that are at least 2" wide. But most hammock straps are only 1-1.5" wide. These protectors are a perfect answer to that problem. Now it doesn't matter what I use. I could even switch to a much thinner suspension system, and not worry about it at all.In the end, the rolls are basically heavy felt with a velcro strip to secure them. Simple and functional. They do add a bit of bulk to the pack, but they'll really come in handy to keep trees from being damaged.
