These filters are paper thin, definitely not what I expected for the litter box.

While litter does an ok job to control smells, having a carbon filter will help more. These all came shoved in a brown box and no plastic bag. Although these are nowhere near the claimed 0.63 inch thickness (probably more like .25 inch), they are thick enough to do a decent job. I like that the 30 pieces are pre-cut because they can get messy tearing them apart.

Even though I have not had much time with these, you dont need it.They are the same thing as the official, just manually cut. I would say they overestimate the size, so if you really wanted to, you could just trim the end off if its too long. Looking at the 30 I have, I can tell you they will all fit fine.Just glancing at the prices of official and non official on various sites, these could be considered a "steal."
