MEETS description and expectations. I had mice, and the resulting smell after cleaning was pervasive. It worked for a month, as expected before a refill was needed. The smell is strong for the first day or so, but after, it is unnoticeable. As with most smells, it depends on the person if they liked it or not. I had no problem with the smell. I purchased the refills and was pleased with the product.

I placed one by a litter box and another in a sneaker closet skeptical at first, but it actually does work! Will definitely buy again. The deodorizer itself does not have a strong smell at all but does a good job masking the other odors in the room.

I am so disappointed in this product. It does not smell hardly at all. Nothing when it’s in a room. I have it in a 6 x 6 bathroom. It doesn’t smell at all. I have it in my living room. I can’t smell it. I’m so disappointed.

We really enjoy using this product in our house. Works really well. Fresh scent- not over the top. Lasts a good amount of time. Buying these two large refill containers at a time is cost-effective.

I ordered this to help with dog odor. I chose the lavender scent as I typically enjoy lavender. I would not recommend it as it’s extremely potent. Maybe it would be fine in a larger area to dissipate more. The dog odor is much less noticeable, but I’m not sure if that’s because the odor is being absorbed or the lavender is that overpowering. I’d compare it to something strong-scented like a topical pain relief gel (think icy-hot). I ended up taping over most of the openings in the lid to hopefully decrease the potency. I will try unscented next time.

This product works very well in my basement to keep odors in check. My last shipment arrived with one of the two jars leaking slightly inside the box. When I investigated I found the foil seal under the lid of BOTH jars wasn't sealed. On the jar that leaked, the lid was just slightly loose.

J'adore l'odeur de lavande mais malheureusement, même avec plusieurs d'ouvert dans la maison, la senteur n'est pas présente... lorsqu'on ouvre le contenant, ça sent la vrai essence de lavande. Mais après 2 jours, même en remuant le contenant, ça ne sent toujours rien..

I've looked all over for something with this quality. I just received the lavender air freshener today. As soon as I lifted the seal on the top of the plastic jar, I could tell this is a quality product. Great fragrance, perfect amount of scent is released. This is too good to be true. No more having to burn scented candles, which I might add, depending on if you have an HVAC, burning scented candles clog the HVAC filters and any room air purifier filters that you may be running as well. This eliminates that issue all together and will leave your room smelling great, the natural way. Can't wait for the lemon and standard scented fresheners to arrive. Definitely ordering more of these.

A Dollar store purchased Odor removing gel works better than this product. Not sure why so many positive reviews on this. This is like a crap. No/very light smell at all.
