Local Craftsmen have been pouring and dipping candles the Old Fashioned way for over 40 years. The Old Candle Barn started out in John and Fannie Beiler's basement during the late 1960's. The Candle making business expanded so rapidly they had to move the operation three times before settling in Intercourse where the current building consists of approximately 28,000 Sq. Feet. Here at the Old Candle Barn we like to say "Blow out the lights and turn on the candles".

So sad to say that this was awful smelling. It smelled like cheap body spray or lotion - like cheap candy. As soon as I opened it, I got a headache. I actually kept it outside for a week, hoping the scent would decrease, but it didn't. Sad, as the look of it was pretty.

Very pretty, not a big bag, but it filled the bowl. The scent was strong for two days and now it doesn’t smell at all and I didn’t love it. It is not like the white pear I remember.

I have enjoyed the three different potpourri scents I've ordered from this company over the past year. This one is a spiced fresh pear scent that is really nice. The quantity in the bag is enough for one large bowl plus 2-3 small bowls of potpourri. The scent is long lasting, over 2 months of scent, even longer depending on your space. I have a very small bowl, about 3 ounces, in my bathroom and the scent is noticable every time I open the door. The color of this potpourri is mostly green and brown. Very nice. Will be ordering regularly from this company.

This smells amazing, and the fruity pear smell is filling the living room. Looks lovely too. I wish the bag was bigger but that’s on me for not checking the details. I got it today and I’ve already ordered more from this brand. I’m impressed!

It has a fresh scent that is noticeable but not overpowering. Enough variety in the pieces that it is interesting to look at.

Smells amazing! Definitely smells like pears. I can boxes of pears every year so i know the scent well. I also can apples. They dont smell like apples. Im not sure why one reviewer put that. But just wanted folks to know.
