How to Install ?
Step 1 : Fix Z Clip On The Frame
Prepare an electric drill or screwdriver.
Install the Z clip ( with short screws )on the pcture frame.
If the frame is too wide or too heavy, we suggest that install 2 clips.
Step 2 : Drill Holes Carefully On The Wall
Just drill the hole for the mount on a wall, you may need a level to drill a parallel hole and I personally download a mobile level.
Step 3 : Insert Screws According to Holes
Insert anchors and screws. Please remember the long screw is for the wall and the shorter screw is for the picture frame.
Step 4 : Hang Your Frame and Done
Just simply hang the item and remember to check if the picture is parallel or not. if it is not, you can try to adjust the angle a little.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I have an open back framed piece that recently moved to a new home. Couldn't find the hanging device. When I saw this I had the confidence to hang that piece and other that simply need a lip to hang on.

I have purchased Z(French) clips before in a 3” size that were what I considered heavy duty. These were not as “heavy duty” but were adequate for the job I needed them for. It is difficult to judge the heaviness from online pictures.

These are great. I used 2 of these to hang my headboard, which weighs roughly 30 pounds. Working solo, I did my best to hang this level and found it was pretty forgiving. They really don't seem like much - I was sure they'd be too small when I got them - but it's been weeks now and everything looks fine.

Previously, I had only used French Cleats made from wood. The metal was a nice surprise. Installation goes smoothly and holds decor more closely to the wall/door/cabinet than other methods. The variety of sizes is very helpful.

The naive will say how hard can a 36 x 42 beveled mirror be to hang? OK, so I have been at a standstill for a while, living with this honking big mirror that I hung with "traditional" wire and eye hole screws, that make an elegant thing looks like untrained monkeys hung it.French Cleats.These are designed in different sizes to get an appropriate cleats to hold heavier objects. How much does this thing weigh that you want to hang? Get on the scale, weigh yourself and then you and your thing. No guesswork is the first advantage working with big or heavy objects.and the next is knowing exactly where to use these and how. For me, it is essential; Glasses can correct only so much, but I'd be loathe to admit that.If you are hanging a framed mirror such as what I am doing, I can't make it any easier than to take a couple of laser readings to make sure I am installing it correctly. A heavier piece like what I have and is going in a bathroom requires more work which is not my purpose here.These arrived swiftly and safely and are as advertised. I'm pleased.If you are a pro or a homeowner with a death wish, you might find cleats cheaper. If you are really squeezing your pennies, check with a paint dealer where you live. They should have them reasonably. I didn't go to that much trouble, and you can't argue the price that I got here.I am writing this, a week before Christmas, so that proves right up front that I am nuts approaching this nonsense. No, you don't understand. Redecorating my bathroom has been an ongoing project for two years. It was down to hanging the very last thing on the wall and I was/am over time-eating projects with scant results.For those that celebrate Christmas, have a very merry. I was trying to find the best way to hang my business sign without having it wobble too much. This sign is 12 inches by four feet. The two French cleat brackets hold it steady and we’re super easy to install. They also came with small buffers for the bottoms. I would definitely recommend this, especially for large frames

The cleats are well built, allowing for a near flush attachment of the item to the wall. I used both cleat sets to mount a 1.9m (75”) long 18kg floating tv console to the wall and it holds well.

I have purchased a few different types of hanging hardware for projects. These are the best ones. Don't even bother ordering anything else. I got 6 inch cleats for hanging small shelves in my bathroom and 18 inch for a belt/tie rack I made my husband for Christmas out of recycled barn wood. As shown in the photos, they come with stick-on silicon spacers for the bottom that are the same thickness as the brackets so your object hangs evenly. I will definitely purchase this brand for all my projects.These cleats make removing and replacing the object for cleaning effortless. FYI, the "18 inch" cleats are only 17.5 inches in length, which didn't matter for my purposes. The cleats are very snug to the wall so this is really sturdy and will hold a lot of weight if properly installed, I made sure to hit at least one stud with the screws for the cleat mounted to the wall and used the included sheetrock hangers for the rest. Many items that I have ordered from Amazon don't have the best screws included but these ones are good.

I had a heavy mirror to hang and the cleat was perfect. It not only covered a longer distance on the back of the mirror than most hangers but it has given me the reassurance that my mirror is not going to move and that everyone that sits on my lounge under it will always be perfectly safe.
