Arrived broken in a way that could have seriously hurt my gliders. Stuff happens, I get it. Except the replacement has failed to ship for an entire week now. Do better.

These wheels are hands down the BEST wheels you can buy for gliders! Not only are they SAFE but they make no noise.I have 4 wheels and have never had an issue. 95% of the time the are up they are in a wheel playing in them together or separate they even eat in them.I've had 1 of my wheels for over 3 years and it's still going strong still with no souds from any part of the wheele either. I wash it often so you'd think it would start making some kind of noise.Shipping was super fast and everything arrived in perfect condition.Customer service is hand down AMAZING! Probably some of the best I've ever had to deal with. No matter the issue they try/ will fix immediately.

I got my first Freedom wheel in 2020. All of them are still absolutely amazing. Love all the improvements that were made since 2017. Properly maintained, these wheels have lasted for years. Nothing but the best for my gliders.

This wheel will break while your gliders are using it. The center shaft will break and come completely apart. The wheel will come loose at the center bearing assembly leaving the bearing connected to the cage stand and the wheel somewhere in the bottom of your cage.If you have this wheel, please put a fleece bridge about 5 inches under it so when it does fall the bridge will catch it and your gliders will have a chance to escape injury or worse. IT is better than the Wodent Wheel that will catch and wrap your glider up with the center bar or Silent Runner which will knock their heads trying to get in and out with the cutouts, however, it is heavy enough to do serious damage to your glider if it lands on them when it falls or if they are running on it when it spins off it's axis.This is the SECOND one of these wheel that has collapsed with sugar gliders running and playing in it. First was the blue one, which caused an injury to my glider. The replacement parts that are sent to fix problems are a joke. The disc I bought I didn't even put in the cage cuz the plastic on the tread was broken and caused a pinch point that could cost a toe. Over priced junk... the bucket lid versions from mygliderwheelsandmore dotcom are made far superior at a fraction of the price. In fact, for the price of the wheel in this post would get a wheel to you and a wheel to a local rescue from mygliderwheelsandmore.

The best wheel, it's very quiet yet sturdy. My suggies love it they play on it constantly. It's bigger than I expected, it's really nice, works perfectly and easy to assemble.
