I had to take in some as it is hemmed for a woman’s body. The quality is a couple steps above what you’d purchase for Halloween. It did wash up nicely and looked cute on. Was worn in dance recital.

I ordered size closest to my daughters measurements and it is way too big. Seller doesn't refund for shipping even thought the sizing is so terrible. If you are ordering this costume, ignore the Chest and Hip sizing all together and just look at the waist.The size chart shows 35" bust, 35" hips is an XL.My daughter's measurements are 35" bust, 28" waist, 37" hips, so I ordered an XL and it is loose all over. She tried on her friend's small and it fits. The sizing chart for a small shows Chest 29", waist 35-35", hips 30".

Recieved the item and it lookes great and the quality feels great. The only negative about this is the way the fringed sequins are put on the bottom it is sewn all the way around so there is no stretch on the bottoms. I have larger hips and thighs so I have to size up.
