I painted a 34x36inch canvas which I stretched myself. The material is great and stands up to a lot. The canvas even held up while my stretcher bars did not and cracked from the abuse I used to make the piece. I was able to repair the stretcher bars and didn't lose any composition in the process. It took the water color great, though it's not as bright as when painting on paper. Still it has more play and ability to with stand a lot more water, scraping, and lifting than paper. It's also great for getting darker and more depth to the values which was perfect for the scene I was painting. It also was able to take a lot of mediums aside from watercolor which allowed me to experiment quite a bit. I will definey be buying this again!
