Just redid my half bath. It was easier to install. Looks beautiful with all the other accessories I also purchased. During the redo, I went window shopping at the local chain stores. The price they were asking for is three times more than what I paid definitely recommend.

Looks great!My gripe is that the set screw on 1 side keeps slipping past the bracket. The other side is perfect. I loosened up the screws and tried it again.. still didn't work, plus that made the frame wobbly.I had to really push it into the wood on my wall.. even then, I'm afraid it'll get pulled off at some point. Once that happens, I guess I'll modify the bracket.

It says to use 1/16" drill bit but I found that to be way to small to screw in with the screws they gave. I used 1/8" drill bit and used shorter screws where mine was going (on side of cabinet).

Looks great, matches our new faucet. However, it took about a half hour to install, extra holes were needed and the allen key was useless but we got it to fit

Product arrived intact and complete Installation was as expected with good directions and illustrations. Mounting template was accurate as long as you stretch the paper to eliminate any creases prior to taping to the wall. Following the instructions, the finished product mounted very securely on the wall despite what a few reviews noted (perhaps, updates to the product rectified earlier issues noted by those reviews.) The product does not feel cheap at all. The plastic off-colored bar which the paper spins on should not be an issue as it is barely visible to most eyes once installed. You can purchase with confidence on the overall quality and install process.The one possible downside to the Franklin KInla bathroom fixtures in oil-rubbed bronze is the color which is darker than most other oil-rubbed fixtures and shows almost no gold hues except for the obvious highlight rings. It really appears to be black in color. If you want to match other oil-rubbed bronze fixtures, most will notice the color difference. It wasn't worth it to me to pay double the price to match the Moen oil-rubbed bronze bath faucet.
